Our annual Colonial Days event lets guests look at early America, many decades before Historic Fort Wayne was built. However, there is still a lot to talk about as Detroit was already a city and trading and farming were important in the area.

Blogs

We are fortunate to have an active blogger in the ranks of regular participants at our Colonial and Civil War era events. Ken Giorlando's blog "Passion for the Past" provides an insiteful eye into the different eras of history, as well a perspective on the events he attends. Here is a link to his blog about the 2016 Colonial Days, where he portrayed Paul Revere.
